Medical audit is important for the evaluation of
medical care in retrospective through analysis
of medical records. With this audit we tray to
see how far the clinicians have conformed to the
norms & standard of the modern medical practice
during the treatment of patients. To scrutiny
all medical records, the institute has
constituted a medical audit committee headed by
Hospital Director to evaluate & prepare the
reports & to provide necessary support to the
executive committee considering the patients
care norms. It also provides suggestion to
develop the necessary forms & documents to
maintain the uniformity of data to be obtained
from the departments
